Conditions of Pre-booking:

a. Payments are non-refundable

b. NADARS will email you a booking confirmation and entrance ticket (stating the number of plots booked and your details) within 2-3 days of receipt of your payment

c. Please print the entrance ticket and present this on arrival and you will be shown to your selling area

d. All entrance tickets will be numbered and checked off against a master list on your arrival. Duplicates will be refused entry (so please do not copy the ticket to anyone else!)

e. The sale of food (except sweets), drinks, firearms, hazardous items etc is not permitted.

f. We do not have any rubbish disposal facility. Please take everything home with you, and leave the site clean and tidy.

g. Please drive safely and slowly. Pedestrians have priority.

h. The organisers (NADARS) accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever.

i. NADARS reserves the right to refuse admission and/or to require any person to leave who does not comply with the conditions of entry.

j. You accept that the data you provide will be retained for use by NADARS only and may be used by NADARS to keep you informed of the latest information about this year's rally or future rallies
